This one isn't on the Kentucky Book Award list either, but I thought I would include it for the heck of it...

Even though it is not on the list to win the award, I think it should. I think this book is one of the better ones i have read. It is one of my personal favorites and I have read it numerous times. I found it interesting that vampires can go with out breathing or blinking or moving. It blows my mind how this is possible. I also found it a little disturbing how Jacob imprinted on Bella and Edward's daughter Renesmee. She's only a child! I agree with one of the bloggers, navyblue.
I personally did not like breaking dawn. However I am a fan of the whole Twilight series. I have read each of them several times except Breaking Dawn. I disagree with the other comment I do not think that it should win a Kentucky bluegrass award it was a long drawn out story I didn't like how half way Bella's story ended and Jacob's picked up.I personally don't understand why Twilight or my personal favorite New Moon wasn't nominated. Breaking Dawn was long and almost boring I liked how Bella and Edward got married and Jacob came to the wedding but I didn't like how the book just seem to go into more detail than needed. I am in Love with the Twilight series and the author Stephanie Meyer but I do not feel as if it needs a Kentucky Bluegrass award.
Breaking dawn is my favorite book from the twilight series. Overall, it's not the best book i have read but it the best from the series. Why i thought it was the best book from the series is that it had my attention from start to finish, and i couldn't put it down. The other books had boring repetitive parts. I also love how it became not as much as a pe-teen cute love story like the first but had very grown up problems that we can relate too, well somewhat. i hope no one has a half vampire kid though in real life. Breaking dawn was also really long which is good because i know most people hate long books but i think the characters can develop if its longer. When Bella's story ended and Jacobs started it confused me but i can understand why it was like that.. Bella was in too much pain and mostly out of it when her story stopped so it made sense to me. This book was the most interesting of the twilight books, but as i said before the whole series isn't that good.
I would recommend it to someone who doesn't like reading because its not hard and is written at a very easy level with a lot of voice and good characters. This book should win the award though because, its not your average love story and it inspired lots of other vampire books too.
